• Cut-off Time: While most orders are processed automatically, the cut-off time for processing them, if they need to be verified, will be until 8:00 AM, orders after that time will be processed the following day. This applies from Monday to Saturday in (GMT+03:00) Arabian Standard Time (Riyadh)
• Delivery Exceptions: For payments made with debit or credit cards, delivery may take from 24 to 48 hours due to the verification processes necessary to ensure the security of the transaction.
• Notifications: Customers will receive automatic notifications to the email used for purchase when their orders have been processed.

2. Access to products

• Confirmation Email : After the purchase, you will receive an email with the details of your order along with the codes and/or licenses, in addition this email will contain a link to the help portal where you can find all the necessary information to redeem and/or activate your product.

3. Product Formats
